Our nervous system plays a role in how we feel and what we do in every moment of every day. When we better understand the different states of mind an body that come with the response of our nervous system, we can gain the control we desire over the way we feel moment to moment and day to day in a whole new way! This gives us our baseline for coping and caring for ourselves through the process of change.
