Week 1: Let's Begin

In this section, you'll write, reflect and begin to build the awareness and understanding that are so valuable to the process of change. Be sure to have your journal or a notebook ready. As you move through the course, use your PAUSE button freely. Take your time. The more you put into this, the more you'll get out!

Week 3: Neuroplasticity and Change

Let's talk about how the brain works, how patterns and habits form and how we can leverage this knowledge for lasting change! I'll break it down into easy to understand parts so that you can begin to see your habits and patterns with new eyes.

Week 4: Neurochemicals and the Brain

Here I'll give you a new understanding of the role of neurochemicals in motivation, decision making and behavior change. I want you to walk away understanding why your patterns make sense and how to begin to leverage neurochemicals to support your forward movement.

Week 5: A Dance with our Nervous System

Our nervous system plays a role in how we feel and what we do in every moment of every day. When we better understand the different states of mind an body that come with the response of our nervous system, we can gain the control we desire over the way we feel moment to moment and day to day in a whole new way! This gives us our baseline for coping and caring for ourselves through the process of change.

Week 6: How Change Works

This breaks it down and brings it all together. We'll look at how to assess if we are ready for change, where to begin and how to be successful along the way. You'll get the tips and trick and the research based methods to support you in setting yourself up for the process you want to see.

The Daily Practice

The “daily practice” is a method to establish a daily baseline and to bolster change through neuroplasticity. This guided audio practice can be done in less than 5 minutes each day to help you stay connected to your intention and to the possibility of change in your life.
